With modular design, DPTL-350/420/600 is applicable to tray making, loading, lamination and packing into cartons for ampoules, injectables (powder), oral liquids or trays of bigger sizes and special shapes for medical appliances, electronics (cells) and cosmetics, all modules integrated in one line with high speed.

Roller-type blister packing machine seals and packages blisters by aluminum/plastic (PTP/PVC) for medicines (tablets or capsules), food, health products, electronic components and other similar products. Positive pressure forming and platen heat sealing produces flat and neat blisters with full and smooth pockets. The speed of 180 punches per minute is roughly 4 to 5 times of other ordinary blister machines. Electric Power Steering (EPS) AGV consists of an electronic forklift (Linde L14), KOB control system, navigation control system, wireless equipment and dispatch and control system. Its navigation control system is composed of a navigation positioning controller, positioning radar, display screen, safety electrical equipment and peripheral electrical equipment. Wireless AP is responsible for dispatch control system’s WIFI communication. The dispatch control system is responsible for route planning, task scheduling and status display. The EPS AGV is suitable for a wide range of application scenarios and can replace manual forklift handling.
