Cross-type Case Loader ZXJ-600XY packs products vertically with vertical loading into cases, which is applicable to pharmaceutical, food and beverage, beer, liquor, oil and grease, daily chemical, bottled food and other industries.

Side-pushing type Case Loader ZXJ-600CT is equipped with imported electrical components and Siemens PLC + HMI, characteristic of intuitive operation and stable performance, mainly used in food, medicine, cosmetics and other industries.

High-speed automatic continuous Cartoner ZHJ300 is a new model independently developed by our parent company, a high-tech product integrating technologies of photo electronics, pneumatics and mechanics. The design prototype is based on packing multiple sizes of bottles and leaflets, with maximal cartoning speed of 300 cartons per minute. It is also applicable to automatic loading and cartoning of bar-shape products, ointments and sachets. Inline material conveying and inspection, carton pick-up forming and conveying, material feeding, batch mark embossing, top and bottom tuck in locking (or hot melt gluing), empty carton rejection and final product discharging are all processed automatically.

The catering robot, XiaoKa has functions of sensitive ultrasonic automatic obstacle avoidance, voice prompt, charging prompt, and music player. Its food container at the top is able to maintain coffee temperature and prevent liquid spilling.

With modular design, DPTL-350/420/600 is applicable to tray making, loading, lamination and packing into cartons for ampoules, injectables (powder), oral liquids or trays of bigger sizes and special shapes for medical appliances, electronics (cells) and cosmetics, all modules integrated in one line with high speed.

The greeting robot’s features include human-machine interaction, facial recognition, autonomous navigation, intelligent voice interaction, customer guidance, automatic obstacle avoidance, collision avoidance, anti-drop on ladders, power detection and battery charging alert, video player, etc. The greeting robot can be equipped with customized APP to share the repeated reception work generally done by customer service staff and greeters.

Sweeping Robot SW10P is specially built for floor cleaning in commercial and industrial premises. The robot autonomously returns to the charging pile and minimizes human intervention, solving other robots’ problems that pre-sweeping is required, garbage cannot be completely taken away, and that dust is raised during cleaning. The intuitive user interface facilitates cleaning staff of all ages. Five safety protection measures include LIDAR, depth camera, ultrasonic, fall-arrest, and anti-collision.

Electric Power Steering (EPS) AGV consists of an electronic forklift (Linde L14), KOB control system, navigation control system, wireless equipment and dispatch and control system. Its navigation control system is composed of a navigation positioning controller, positioning radar, display screen, safety electrical equipment and peripheral electrical equipment. Wireless AP is responsible for dispatch control system’s WIFI communication. The dispatch control system is responsible for route planning, task scheduling and status display. The EPS AGV is suitable for a wide range of application scenarios and can replace manual forklift handling.
