The function of Light Load Indoor Laser Navigation AGV includes autonomous navigation, real-time route planning, timely obstacle avoidance, and multi-machine scheduling. It can be used in medical services, logistics and warehousing industries and industrial sector. Functions that can be added as clients request include operating elevators and access control.

The heavy-load AGV can move on the designated route and accurately pull over to the planned station to pick-up and deliver goods under computer monitoring. The product is powered by a battery pack that keeps track of real-time power loss and automatically docks for recharge. It can satisfy the need for all-year long continuous production.

The two-way carrying AGV series is equipped with magnetic navigation technology, with zero turning radius, large carrying and flexible motion capability as well as optimized laser safety protection and strong adaptability to various scenarios. It is applicable in a wide variety of production areas, such as automobile, electronics, home appliances, warehousing, medicine and food.

Electric Power Steering (EPS) AGV consists of an electronic forklift (Linde L14), KOB control system, navigation control system, wireless equipment and dispatch and control system. Its navigation control system is composed of a navigation positioning controller, positioning radar, display screen, safety electrical equipment and peripheral electrical equipment. Wireless AP is responsible for dispatch control system’s WIFI communication. The dispatch control system is responsible for route planning, task scheduling and status display. The EPS AGV is suitable for a wide range of application scenarios and can replace manual forklift handling.

The two-way knapsack AGV utilizes the latest laser SLAM navigation technology and magnetic stripe-assisted positioning technology, which has high positioning precision and is easy to build maps and change stations.

The Laser SLAM Forklift is the modified version of the original manual-only forklift. By adding various sensors, it can automatically walk, avoid obstacles, and lift goods. In addition, it is equipped with safety contact edges to ensure the overall safety and stability.

Features Blister module 1. Main drive and main motor installed at the rear of the machine are easy to maintain. Transmission using synchro-belt reduces noise and oil pollution. 2. Workstation adjustment by handwheel equipped with digital position display. 3. Segmental pre-heating with elongated silicone heating plate in heating station results in better forming effect. The upper and lower heating plates can be separated and displaced after machine stop to avoid damaging the plastic nature of the packing material. 4. Traction mechanism independently controlled by servo motor yields stable performance and accurate synchronization. The stroke length can be set directly through the PLC control panel according to the user's blister size. 5. Packing material winding through air expansion bearing reel with PVC splicing and joining platform facilitates quicker changeover of packing materials. 6. Continuous Cartoner ZHJ300 is a high-tech photoelectric, pneumatic and mechanical machine, applicable to a wide range of , blisters, drug bottles, ointments and other similar products. 8. It has fully automatic process of products conveyance and detection, leaflet folding (1-4 times) and transmission, leaflet detection, carton pick-up, erecting and transmission, products into cartons, batch mark embossing, carton sealing (tuck-in or hot melt adhesive). It’s also the right choice for integrated production and mass production. 9. ZHJ300 adopts PLC, photoelectric detection, and HMI. 10. The touch screen has the code and address of each sensor actuator, which can query the consequences caused by the damage of the sensor and the actuator. 11.With overload monitoring system for the whole machine, conveyor chain, and pusher, the machine will stop automatically to minimize the damage and the overloading part will be displayed on the touch screen.
