High-speed automatic continuous Cartoner ZHJ300 is a new model independently developed by our parent company, a high-tech product integrating technologies of photo electronics, pneumatics and mechanics. The design prototype is based on packing multiple sizes of bottles and leaflets, with maximal cartoning speed of 300 cartons per minute. It is also applicable to automatic loading and cartoning of bar-shape products, ointments and sachets. Inline material conveying and inspection, carton pick-up forming and conveying, material feeding, batch mark embossing, top and bottom tuck in locking (or hot melt gluing), empty carton rejection and final product discharging are all processed automatically.

This completely automatic high speed labeling machine TBJ-200A uses touch screen and an advanced PLC control system. It is excellent for flat labeling, side labeling and corner labeling of cartons, cases and other cuboid products.

Intelligent, unmanned disinfection and cleaning minimizes human contact. Dual-channel high-flow atomization devices help achieve three-dimensional spray effect. The 3D disinfection range can reach 3000m³/h and above. The aerosol atomization can kill common pathogenic bacteria up to 6-log.

All-in-one Case Erector Loader Sealer KZF-550R2 incorporates advanced technologies both home and abroad. Automatic stacking, case erector driven by servo, loader by four-axis Yamaha robot, and sealer are integrated in one machine, with a PLC+HMI operating system. Applicable to automatically packing various sizes of products, the machine can be used solo or integrated with the proceeding packing machine to form a packaging line.
