Description

Automatic Vertical Sealer and Shrink Wrap Machine S801+S5030L consists of an L-bar sealer and a heat shrink tunnel with high degree of automation and efficiency, widely used in mass production industries such as printing, color painting, greeting cards, photo albums, photo frames, medicines, electronics, daily chemicals, cosmetics.


Features

1.The cutter holder is driven by a four-pillar vertical system, which eliminates the two problems (sealing line not centered around the product, and wrinkling) that occur in the traditional L-bar sealer.

2.The height of sealer is adjustable to assure the sealing line in the middle of products.

3.By selecting an appropriate packing height, the sealer dwell time can be shortened with increased productivity and reduced production cost.

4.With convenient switch between horizontal and vertical photoelectric detections, it is easy to wrap and seal small and thin products.

5.Automatic program control with intuitiveoperation includessafety protection andwarning system.

6.The machine is especially suitable for tall and large products.
