This new model of double-pillar case sealing machine is optimizedand upgraded based on single-pillar case sealer.

Tailored for bottle-packed and barrel-packed products, with novel design, compact structure, and imported key components. The machine automatically groups, collates, aligns and packs products, such as PET bottles, plastic bottles, glass bottles, tins and cans, according to the packing requirements, applicable to case packing in beer, beverage, food, chemical industries, particularly used in a production line. All-in-one Case Erector Loader Sealer KZF-550R2 incorporates advanced technologies both home and abroad. Automatic stacking, case erector driven by servo, loader by four-axis Yamaha robot, and sealer are integrated in one machine, with a PLC+HMI operating system. Applicable to automatically packing various sizes of products, the machine can be used solo or integrated with the proceeding packing machine to form a packaging line.

Strapping strength is adjustable to cope with broad variety of bundles. Straps placed outside makes changeover easy. The machine can run 24 hours continuously, used solo or integrated with a conveying system to achieve unmanned strapping.
