With intermittent motion, facial-mask cartoner ZHJ-100B through multiple servo feeding is a piece of high-tech equipment integrating photoelectric, pneumatic and mechanic features, applicable to packing medicine trays, facial masks (linings), drug bottles, cosmetics and other similar products into cartons. Stable and reliable process allows easy replacing and adjusting of different sizes of cartons, automatic leaflet folding, carton erecting, loading of products and leaflets, batch mark embossing, as well as carton sealing and discharging. A chain of autonomous protective devices ensures safe and effective operation. The machine can be integrated with tray making and loading machine, facial mask packing machine, filling machine, weight checker, cellophane overwrapping machine (stretch bander), case packer and other end-of-line packaging equipment to constitute a complete packaging line.

High-speed automatic continuous Cartoner ZHJ-400/500 is a new model independently developed by our parent company incorporating advanced technologies at home and abroad, a high-tech product integrating optoelectronics, pneumatics and mechanics. The prototype design was based on packing different sizes of bottles with leaflets, achieving highest packing speed of 300 cartons per minute. It is also applicable to bar-shape product, ointment or sachet loading and packing. Inline material transport and detection, carton pick-up, forming and delivery, material loading, batch mark embossing, tuck and flap locking (or hot melt gluing),empty cartonrejection and carton discharging.

High-speed automatic continuous Cartoner ZHJ300 is a new model independently developed by our parent company, a high-tech product integrating technologies of photo electronics, pneumatics and mechanics. The design prototype is based on packing multiple sizes of bottles and leaflets, with maximal cartoning speed of 300 cartons per minute. It is also applicable to automatic loading and cartoning of bar-shape products, ointments and sachets. Inline material conveying and inspection, carton pick-up forming and conveying, material feeding, batch mark embossing, top and bottom tuck in locking (or hot melt gluing), empty carton rejection and final product discharging are all processed automatically.

The machine automatically counts, stacks and bundles multiple products with PE film tape, while saving energy and material to the greatest extent. Widely used in the automatic bundling and wrapping of multiple products in food and stationary industries, particularly injectables.

Sweeping Robot SW10P is specially built for floor cleaning in commercial and industrial premises. The robot autonomously returns to the charging pile and minimizes human intervention, solving other robots’ problems that pre-sweeping is required, garbage cannot be completely taken away, and that dust is raised during cleaning. The intuitive user interface facilitates cleaning staff of all ages.
