Cross-type Case Loader ZXJ-600XY packs products vertically with vertical loading into cases, which is applicable to pharmaceutical, food and beverage, beer, liquor, oil and grease, daily chemical, bottled food and other industries.

Tailored for bottle-packed and barrel-packed products, with novel design, compact structure, and imported key components. The machine automatically groups, collates, aligns and packs products, such as PET bottles, plastic bottles, glass bottles, tins and cans, according to the packing requirements, applicable to case packing in beer, beverage, food, chemical industries, particularly used in a production line. The touch screen has the code and address of each sensor actuator, which can query the consequences caused by the damage of the sensor and the actuator. 11.With overload monitoring system for the whole machine, conveyor chain, and pusher, the machine will stop automatically to minimize the damage and the overloading part will be displayed on the touch screen.
