Blister Packing and Cartoning Machine DPT-350/420

With modular design, DPTL-350/420/600 is applicable to tray making, loading, lamination and packing into cartons for ampoules, injectables (powder), oral liquids or trays of bigger sizes and special shapes for medical appliances, electronics (cells) and cosmetics, all modules integrated in one line with high speed.

Roller-type blister packing machine seals and packages blisters by aluminum/plastic (PTP/PVC) for medicines (tablets or capsules), food, health products, electronic components and other similar products. Positive pressure forming and platen heat sealing produces flat and neat blisters with full and smooth pockets. The speed of 180 punches per minute is roughly 4 to 5 times of other ordinary blister machines. The machine integrates the advantages of both flat-type and roller-type blister machines, configured with a special tablet feeder (or an automatic capsule U-turn reorientation device), characteristic of high punch frequency, low energy consumption, accurate and stable process, easy format changeover and high yield, especially adaptive to blisters, thus resulting in great improvement of production efficiency.

Shockproof vase-shaped pockets are suitable for injectables and oral liquids. Driven by servo, it has realized intelligent integration, high-speed performance. Features Blister module 1.Main drive and main motor installed at the rear of the machine areeasy to maintain. Transmission using synchro-belt reduces noise and oil pollution. 2.Workstation adjustment by handwheelequippedwith digital position display. 3.Segmental pre-heating with elongated silicone heating plate in heating station results in better forming effect. Continuous Cartoner ZHJ300 is a high-tech photoelectric, pneumatic and mechanical machine, applicable toa wide range of, blisters, drug bottles,ointments and other similar products. 8. It has fully automatic process ofproducts conveyance and detection, leaflet folding (1-4 times) and transmission, leaflet detection, carton pick-up, erecting and transmission, products into cartons, batch mark embossing, carton sealing (tuck-in or hot melt adhesive). It’s also the right choice for integrated production and mass production. 9. ZHJ300 adopts PLC, photoelectric detection, and HMI. 10. The touch screen has the code and address of each sensor actuator, which can query the consequences caused by the damage of the sensor and the actuator. 11.With overload monitoring system for the whole machine, conveyor chain, and pusher, the machine will stop automatically to minimize the damage and the overloading part will be displayed on the touch screen.

The machine automatically counts, stacks and bundles multiple products with PE film tape, while saving energy and material to the greatest extent. Widely used in the automatic bundling and wrapping of multiple products in food and stationary industries, particularly injectables.

Strapping strength is adjustable to cope with broad variety of bundles. Straps placed outside makes changeover easy. The machine can run 24 hours continuously, used solo or integrated with a conveying system to achieve unmanned strapping.
