Blister Packing and Cartoning Machine DPT-350/420

With modular design, DPTL-350/420/600 is applicable to tray making, loading, lamination and packing into cartons for ampoules, injectables (powder), oral liquids or trays of bigger sizes and special shapes for medical appliances, electronics (cells) and cosmetics, all modules integrated in one line with high speed.

Roller-type blister packing machine seals and packages blisters by aluminum/plastic (PTP/PVC) for medicines (tablets or capsules), food, health products, electronic components and other similar products. Positive pressure forming and platen heat sealing produces flat and neat blisters with full and smooth pockets. The speed of 180 punches per minute is roughly 4 to 5 times of other ordinary blister machines. The machine integrates the advantages of both flat-type and roller-type blister machines, configured with a special tablet feeder (or an automatic capsule U-turn reorientation device), characteristic of high punch frequency, low energy consumption, accurate and stable process, easy format changeover and high yield, especially adaptive to blisters, thus resulting in great improvement of production efficiency.

High-speed automatic continuous Cartoner ZHJ-400/500 is a new model independently developed by our parent company incorporating advanced technologies at home and abroad, a high-tech product integrating optoelectronics, pneumatics and mechanics. The prototype design was based on packing different sizes of bottles with leaflets, achieving highest packing speed of 300 cartons per minute. It is also applicable to bar-shape product, ointment or sachet loading and packing. Inline material transport and detection, carton pick-up, forming and delivery, material loading, batch mark embossing, tuck and flap locking (or hot melt gluing),empty cartonrejection and carton discharging.

Automatic Sealer and Shrink Wrap Machine S701+S4525L consists of an L-bar sealer and a heat shrink tunnel, extensively used in the mass production of packaging. A fully-automatic process of film feeding, punching, wrapping, sealing, cutting and shrinking, except manual adjustment of film guiding system and feeding platform for products of different widths and heights.

The heavy-load AGV can move on the designated route and accurately pull over to the planned station to pick-up and deliver goods under computer monitoring. The product is powered by a battery pack that keeps track of real-time power loss and automatically docks for recharge. It can satisfy the need for all-year long continuous production.

The design prototype is based on packing multiple sizes of bottles and leaflets, with maximal cartoning speed of 300 cartons per minute. It is also applicable to automatic loading and cartoning of bar-shape products, ointments and sachets. Inline material conveying and inspection, carton pick-up forming and conveying, material feeding, batch mark embossing, top and bottom tuck in locking (or hot melt gluing), empty carton rejection and final product discharging are all processed automatically.
