Adjustment of temperature and air pressure If the heating temperature is too high, PVC will be too soft and easy to blow the bubble; if the temperature is too low, it is difficult to blow. The actual operating experience shows that the preheating temperature is about 100℃, the blowing process temperature is about 145℃, and the heat sealing temperature should be about 150℃. In addition, the principle of high temperature in winter and low temperature in summer, high preheating temperature and low working temperature can be followed.
